Perceiving this capability of youthful age Honorable Smt Indira Gandhi tending to the adolescent in All India Convention held at Panchmarhi (M.P) in the year 1966 worried on their character improvement and to go along with them with the fundamental public stream. In this show an agreement was shaped that there is a need of a non-political public association to control the adolescents of the country appropriately and to teach the key spirits of majority rules system, solidarity, balance, ethnicity, secularism and communism. Getting motivation from the agreement shaped by Smt. Indira Gandhi Honorable Shri N.D.Tiwari appeared the thoughts of Smt. Indira Gandhi by setting up Jawaharlal Nehru National Youth Center in 1968. Smt. Indira Gandhi turned out to be first benefactor and Shri C Subramanium the originator of green upset turned into the primary leader of the young community so settled.
