Sidigiqor Technologies is seeking a skilled Computer Hardware & Networking Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer hardware, network infrastructure, and IT systems. This role requires hands-on experience in hardware repair, network configuration, and IT support to ensure smooth business operations. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, desktops, laptops, printers, routers, and other IT hardware. Diagnose and repair hardware and network-related issues to minimize downtime. Set up and manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN networks for offices and clients. Configure and troubleshoot network switches, firewalls, and security systems. Provide technical support for software installation, updates, and system configurations. Monitor network performance and optimize it for better efficiency and security. Implement data backup solutions and cybersecurity measures to protect IT infrastructure. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware procurement and maintenance. Maintain IT inventory, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with company IT policies. Provide remote and onsite IT support as needed for clients across different locations. Requirements: Educational Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in hardware troubleshooting and networking. Technical Skills: Expertise in computer hardware, assembling, repairing, and troubleshooting. Strong knowledge of networking (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP). Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and network security. Familiarity with Windows, Linux, and Mac operating systems. Knowledge of server setup, cloud computing, and virtualization is a plus.
