Hotel Alaknanda. This is Great place near Ganga river. Very peaceful. Just come, sit, walk and enjoy the cold breeze. Suite room is good. Deluxe rooms are also good but normal rooms are average. The hotel has a beautiful view of the Ganga river. The view of Holy Ganga from the balcony of Hotel Alaknanda is just awesome. The food offered here is too delicious and during the off-season, you can get these hotel rooms at reasonable price otherwise they charge way too much. Service is good. There's a room heater, air conditioner, television, 4 seat sofa, a double bed, wardrobe, Geyser in the bathroom.
